Shipping 

All orders are shipped via Canada Post and will be shipped within 1-5 business days of placing your order. The shipping cost for these items are on a case by case basis and will be quoted at the time an order is placed. At this time, we are only shipping orders within Canada. Order should be received within a week of ship date, unless problems occur due to unforeseen circumstances. 

If you would like to pick-up your order in-store, please select “In-store Pick-up” at the check out. Items will be ready for pick-up the next business day unless communicated otherwise. Please not: Items can only be pick-up in store during business hours. 

Note: Items are subject to change based on availability. You will be notified within 48 hours should an item you have ordered is no longer available.

RETURN POLICY IS THE SAME AS IN STORE AT THE HALLMARK SHOPPE WOODSTOCK

All seasonal product is not returnable, Final sale only. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchases with receipt for store credit or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable customer is responsible for shipping costs on items sent back to us. Please notify us through our contact page before sending any item back to us for refund.
